Bespoke Commission Process
Our Bespoke Commission Process is straightforward and designed so that anyone can create one-of-a-kind pieces that reflect your unique vision and style. From initial sketches and material selections to detailed refinements, we ensure every aspect is crafted with care and precision.

First things first
We’ll have an initial phone call to discuss what it is you are looking for, covering your thoughts on size, materials and style. It is useful to have any inspiration images or sketched ideas you may have at this stage. We can advise on what is possible and what materials are best suited for your project. If you already know what you need and have detailed drawings that’s great too.

The cost
From here we will provide you with an initial quote and an indication of lead time and installation costs as well as templating/measuring costs if required.

Get the ball rolling
If you are happy with the quote we will ask for a 50% deposit and then provide you with a drawing which will be a starting point to make any design or size changes. (The initial drawing and up to two revisions are included free of charge, subsequent revisions start from £25+VAT each depending on the size of the project).

The options
As well as the drawing approval process we will send you any colour/material samples for approval. You would be welcome to visit our factory and look through our material library as well as see and try out some of our furniture and explore the different cushion filling options. Prototyping is also an option for an agreed fee if you are not sure of all the details.

Decisions
If you don’t know exactly what you want we have accounts with most fabric suppliers and can suggest different options and organise samples to to be sent to you, we are also happy to work with fabric supplied by you.

Production
Once all details are approved we will put your piece into production, we will keep you informed during the process and you are welcome to come and see progress if you would like.

Delivery
Once complete your furniture will be delivered and installed by our experienced in house team to make sure everything is just right. Our white-glove service is priced according to location and number of items, we are happy to work with you if you want to make your own delivery arrangements.
